3a4c08e0af For autoconf packages in the GNUstep directory 
structure, the headers and libraries must go into the appropriate
target subdirectory.

5b97714fb9 Incorporate multiple roots. 
Convert OS, VENDOR, and CPU cleaning to shell scripts.
Implement makefile rules for tools.
