b5fc41a47b * ColorPickers/GSWheelColorPicker.m: Rewrite to draw the HSV 
wheel in a bitmap. This gives a pretty large performance improvement.
* Source/NSColorPanel.m: Set a sensible min and max size for the
color panel.

5515a56fd2 Usability improvement: Make color and font panels key only when 
necessary. Avoids annoying and unnecessary focus shifts when changing
colors or fonts.

9c8d8b8015 Correct colour sliders to work in flipped views and simplified code. 
Let text fields and controls pass on not used mouse down events to next
responder.

89ef1d72c9 * Source/NSSplitView.m ([NSSplitView -resizeSubviewsWithOldSize:]): 
Move code from setFrame: & resizeWithOldSuperviewSize:
  to resizeSubviewsWithOldSize:.

* Source/NSColorPanel.m ([NSColorPanel _initWithoutGModel]):
  make the window a little bit higher. Some ColorPickers would not fit.
* ColorPickers/GSCMYKColorPicker.tiff:
* ColorPickers/GSGrayColorPicker.tiff:
* ColorPickers/GSHSBColorPicker.tiff:
* ColorPickers/GSRGBColorPicker.tiff:
  resize so that the image fits within the NSButton.
  (only blank area was removed)
