b723a7e84c Move view specifc flags to NSView.h and ad new flag for NSWindow. This

313b13132c When exposing a window ensure that the rectangle is drawn to (if necessary) 
before flushing the buffer.

window can become key, use makeKeyAndOrderFront: as the action.

        would be if there was a represented filename, not the filename.
