32a98382fc Use an image view instead of a button to display the application icon. That way 
icons get scaled correctly.

d606354c9d * Source/NSSavePanel.m: 
* Headers/AppKit/NSSavePanel.h: Implement -showsHiddenFiles
and -setShowsHiddenFiles:. Add a context menu to the browser
to allow toggling this setting.

NOTE: It defaults to not showing hidden files, and no longer
uses the GSFileBrowserHideDotFiles user default.

7c45869d3a Change the way the image for the cursor gets passed on to the backend. 
The old way could only work for 8 bit data.

afcef9b696 Remove the GSFusedSilica files as they are obsolete now.
