fc7fe511ae * Source/NSWindow.m: (-(void)miniaturize: (id)sender): 
Change to prevent miniwindow from disappearing.  Apparently uneccessary
	[self orderOut: self] was causing this issue.

4c3fbf0129 New methods on NSView with code from viewWillMoveToWindow: and
