816c4db82c Move view specifc flags to NSView.h and ad new flag for NSWindow. This 
change requires a complete re-compile of GNUstep and all applications!!!

	Adjust argument type. Document.

	to avoid warnings.

	(-_sendEvent:becomesKeyOnlyIfNeeded:): Remove. Move code ...
	(-sendEvent:): ... here. Use -becomesKeyOnlyIfNeeded instead
	of the argument.
