c219e903a1 [setFrame:display:] do nothing if the frame after all the 
corrections did not change from its current extend.
In [makeKeyWindow] and [makeMainWindow] do nothing if the window
is already key/main.

f01a6a52bd [_initBackendWindow:] corrected the registration of drag types, 
when a window gets realized. We have to use a copy here, as the
original will get changed.

	keyboard navigation.

e46ccd1acf Fix some event, runloop and flushing interaction problems.

424b73783b Convert to the GNUstep makefile package. 
The config.h files should not be installed with the other
header files; it is only used for compilation, so the source
files should include it not the header files.

2e4243b043 Fill out implementation of NSFont, NSColor, and NSMenu. 
Library now requires tiff and DPSclient libraries.
Remove a number of functions which should be implemented in backend.
Correct many method definitions that should use NSNotification.
