972b59a49b A little bit of 'end editing' was still done after the end editing notification 
was posted ... causing the delegate not to be able to select the text when
receiving the notification ... fixed!

01ee9aa6f1 Optimize for the case of unrotated views by removing rotationAngle. Case

4062c657a5 Rewritten autoresizing - and now should be used also when setFrame: or setFrameSize: 
is called.  Do not round cellsizes to be integers as that is just removing
information we instead want to pass to the backend for better rendering.
