7b746ffbbf Fix memory management for cursors. In particular prevent the current 
cursor from being deallocated when client code releases the last
reference to it.

f82ccddab3 * Source/NSMatrix.m (_shiftModifier:): Use correct column index

7c45869d3a Change the way the image for the cursor gets passed on to the backend. 
The old way could only work for 8 bit data.

1d13ab7591 Adopted to changes in header. 
Extracted new method [_computeCid] from [setImage].
Use [set] in [pop] and [push].
Implemented coding protocol.
Cache the class and use it for standard cursor and in [pop].

424b73783b Convert to the GNUstep makefile package. 
The config.h files should not be installed with the other
header files; it is only used for compilation, so the source
files should include it not the header files.

d5fd123408 Header files reorganized. All the definitions were moved in appropiate files. 
Each header file includes only the header files it needs and it uses
@class to forward reference a class.
