	* Tools/speech/FliteSpeechEngine.m:

	* Tools/speech/GSSpeechEngine.[hm]
	* Tools/speech/GSSpeechServer.[hm]
	* Tools/speech/GSSpeechSynthesizer.[hm]: Speech synthesis engine
	implementation using flite.
	* Tools/speech/main.m: main for the server application.
