unseparated columns.
* Source/NSSplitView.m: (mouseDown:): Don't try to resize subviews
if divider positon wasn't changed.
* Source/NSPopUpButtonCell.m: (trackMouse:inRect:ofView:untilMouseUp:):
Dismiss the popup after mouse tracking done. This is for the cases when
mouse up event occurs outside of popup.
