a potentially major memory leak.

pool (which should have been destroyed before, in normal operation).
(run:) Destroy pool in case the threads is rerun.
* GSWeb.framework/GSWApplication.(h/m) (-debugAdaptorThreadExited):
New debug utility extension.
* GSWeb.framework/GSWDefaultAdaptorThread.m (threadExited): Call new
debug convenience method.
