        EOControl/EOPriv.m/h but on own private files.
        (+assignExternalInfoForEntity): Use objectAtIndex: instead of
        enumerator for speed.
        * EOAdaptors/Postgres95/Postgres95Channel.m: (+initialize)
        (-lowLevelResultFieldNames:, -fetchRowWithZone:)
        (-insertRow:forEntity:, -_describeResults, -describeTableNames)
