970d326da4 Allow configuration of the agentx master agent host/port to be 
used by the control server. Also fix EcAlarmDestination to use
-initWithHost:name: as its designated initialiser. The behaviour is 
now more conventional and eliminates a deadlock that would occur
when initializing an EcAlarmSinkSNMP with -initWithHost:name:.
