(self): New macro, cast to (Array*) to reflect behavior addition.
...
([NSGArray -initWithObjects:count:]): Call Array designated initalizer
instead of accessing ivars directly.
([NSGMutableArray -initWithCapacity:]): Likewise.
([NSGArray -count]): Method removed, Array behavior will take care of
it.
([NSGArray -objectAtIndex:]): Use self to access ivars.
