DYNAMIC_HFILES, DYNAMIC_MFILES variables. Do not set
GNUSTEP_INSTALLATION_DIR. Manually disable installation
of LoadMe bundle.
* Testing/Makefile.postamble: Removed regenerate and copy-dist
rules.
