* NSCharacterSet.m: Cache standard character
sets. ([NSCharacterSet +initialize]): New method.
([NSCharacterSet _bitmapForSet:number:]): Return set from cache if
available, otherwise find bitmap file and add to cache. All
callers changed.

buffer index.
