    ProjectCenter

    This is ProjectCenter, the GNUstep IDE which is part of the GNUstep 
    project and is copyrighted by the Free Softare Foundation. ProjectCenter 
    is released under the GPL - see 'COPYING' for the details.

    on the ProjectCenter page
