c3f681cfc8 Try to fix shadowmap issues to at least be consistent even if not acne free. 
add light auto-rotation to csaddon, for rotating static lights.

554d49d657 Tweeked the 'fallout2' inventory a little. 
Now supports mousewheel and doesn't have the wasted space down at the bottom of the slot list.
