Added cl_autodemo cvar to automatically record games. 1 records multiview demos where possible, -1 strictly records singleview demos.
Enclosed mvd recording in ifdefs, so it can be disabled at compile-time for any mods that don't want to have to deal with it. Removed the recorded players thing. Allow csqc to use EF_FULLBRIGHT.
