Selects a soundcard driver.<BR>
It is used when an output mode has enumerated more than one output device, and you need to select between them.<BR>

<TABLE>

<TD>Driver number to select.<BR>
0 will select the DEFAULT sound driver.<BR>
&lt;0 will select an INVALID driver which will case the DEVICE to be set <BR>
to a null (nosound) driver.<BR>
&gt;0 Selects other valid drivers that can be listed with FSOUND_GetDriverName.<BR>

On success, TRUE is returned.<BR>
On failure, (ie if FMOD is already active) FALSE is returned.<BR>
<H3>Remarks</H3>
This function cannot be called after FMOD is already activated with FSOUND_Init.<BR>
It must be called before FSOUND_Init, or after FSOUND_Close.<BR>
