6c3f031cf1 o Chambers and structures now do not play any effects upon death caused by game reset to prevent client disconnects.

c89fe4e37e o fixed slowresearch for build times.
o Added +use ability to hives which teleports the player to the next hive.
- Hives are round robin in entity id order ( order will not change with hive creation and destruction ).
- Hives under attack are not given priority.
- Increased the range of +use by 2x for hives ( more options here, including 2d distance checks and traces )

959b74445d o Removed an animation debug setting from Balance.txt
o Made map view and enthier propagated before game start so that the map is fully viewable
o PGs and IPs now apply a pushback instead of telefragging
o Ghost structures: Placing a structure will flag it as ghosted till it's been starting building. Untill then, aliens can destroy it by touching it.
