22ba26ba21 o Mantis 517: Changed the web render settings to values that work irrespective of alien flashlight setting. 
o Aliens can not gestate on steep slopes.
o Eggs no longer take fall damage

8bda8397da o Added a server variable sv_structurelimit defaulting to 300 
o Added sv_structurelimit to both server.cfg and listenserver.cfg
o Structurelimit restricts the number of structures in games, except hives, rts and CCs.
