d05ab49a2b o Lowered the rate of players being forced to the RR from 8/sec to 5/sec.
o Added throttling to the resetting of players. It resets players at a rate of 6 players per 0.3s.

96709be82c o Aliens can now trigger 'the enemy approaches' by attacking it. friendly fire does not change behaviour. Leap does not trigger it at all.

8bda8397da o Added a server variable sv_structurelimit defaulting to 300
o Added sv_structurelimit to both server.cfg and listenserver.cfg
o Structurelimit restricts the number of structures in games, except hives, rts and CCs.

6c3f031cf1 o Chambers and structures now do not play any effects upon death caused by game reset to prevent client disconnects.

d8d132bf1e o added back in -mlook but made it do nothing. Use of the console toggles mlook
o Added colouring of icons to the minimap
- local player is white
- squad members are blue/green
- friendlies are green
- enemies are red
- mines are orange
- entities under attack flash yellow
o Added small optomisation to 'Entity under attack' processing.
o Added 'under attack' bit to enthier flags
