- +use first performs the same check that is done in 3.1. Hives can be used by simply touching them and pressing +use.
- If +use fails to select anything and the players is an alien, then a trace check is performed.
- If the trace determines that the alien is under the hive and looking at it

o Added +use ability to hives which teleports the player to the next hive.
- Hives are round robin in entity id order ( order will not change with hive creation and destruction ).
- Hives under attack are not given priority.
- Increased the range of +use by 2x for hives ( more options here, including 2d distance checks and traces )

- In combat mode this displays the player level
- In classic mode for marines it displays an icon for the player's primary weapon
- In classic mode for aliens it displays the player's resources.
o reduced the frequency of scoreboard updates from 0.4 seconds to 0.6 seconds.
