Added new SCR_DrawPic() variants in cl_screen.c. Added new graphics for text fields and sliders in menus. Improved mouse interaction for menu sliders. Added resettargets developer command to default Lazarus and missionpack DLLs. Added hint_test developer command to missionpack DLL. Fixed freeze developer command in default Lazarus and missionpack DLLs so it can be used more than once. More tweaks to Tactician Gunner prox mine safety checks in misssionpack DLL.

RealBoundingBox

Returns the actual bounding box of a bmodel. This is a big improvement over
what q2 normally does with rotating bmodels - q2 sets absmin, absmax to a cube

that will completely contain the bmodel at *any* rotation on *any* axis, whether
the bmodel can actually rotate to that angle or not. This leads to a lot of

false block tests in SV_Push if another bmodel is in the vicinity.

REAL simple - all we do is check for player riders and adjust their position.
Only gotcha here is we have to make sure we don't end up embedding player in
*another* object that's being moved by the conveyor.
