- Duke/RR: Properly fix movement()
so the player's Z always makes it back to floorz.
...
* The `abs(k)` here was really messing it up.
* RR's height of 40 is actually a fix of Duke's 38, which left the player slightly off the ground.
* Duke when returning from crouching, jumping, or otherwise changing the Z always correctly ends up at the floor's Z now.

Essentially the feature must be on for all RR actors and off for all Duke actors.
RR's original logic here to exclude animals was broken and non-functional.

Unfortunately the only thing that can be done here from inside the engine is to increase the likelihood of the animation actually starting.
Ideally the broken script should be replaced but with the way CON replacements are done this is not possible.
