  Mpadec is a high-quality portable MPEG audio decoder library.
  It supports MPEG-1, MPEG-2 Layer I, Layer II and Layer III audio streams,
  including free-format streams.

  It is still under development:)

  To compile it you will have to manually edit config.h and makefile.
