a.m32: Implement a Polymer "head light" emanating from your position in 3D mode.
Toggled with Ctrl+Shift+[KP-]. Variable 'headlight_range' controls its range. For the implementation, a new event EVENT_PREDRAW3DSCREEN was added. git-svn-id: https://svn.eduke32.com/eduke32@3648 1a8010ca-5511-0410-912e-c29ae57300e0
