Add backtrace.c (the same that was used to build backtrace.dll earlier) to tree
and build our own DLL, now called ebacktrace1.dll. The change consists of breaking the link to the libintl lib and its dependencies, so the backtrace dll is now the only one required. git-svn-id: https://svn.eduke32.com/eduke32@2037 1a8010ca-5511-0410-912e-c29ae57300e0
