Mapster32: fix two "variable may be used uninitialized" warnings.
I didn't produce a case when this could actually have happened, but reading the code, in the case of variable 'j' it seems possible with an empty map. git-svn-id: https://svn.eduke32.com/eduke32@5292 1a8010ca-5511-0410-912e-c29ae57300e0
