clipmove() improvements
This reverts some of the previous clipmove() changes in favor of implementing explicit rejection of movement in cases where clipping has somehow failed. git-svn-id: https://svn.eduke32.com/eduke32@7457 1a8010ca-5511-0410-912e-c29ae57300e0
