- fixed crosshair scaling in Exhumed & the other games.
The problem was that the CVARs operating the scale were different between Exhumed and the other titles, meaning that "crosshairscale" worked in one, but not the others. They have now been split. Also lowered the default crosshair size as it was too much for Exhumed. Fixes #180.
