- Fixed: Integer constants passed to pick() need to manually generate load instructions, since FxConstant::Emit() will just return a constant register with its value. - Fixed: VMFunctionBuilder::RegAvailability::Reuse() didn't actually calculate a proper mask. Also added another assert to this function.
