ddab2c3e78 - removed the playernum parameter from CheckLocalView
This was always used with 'consoleplayer' which really is the only thing making sense here. But this is a part of the global state which should be avoided in play code.

In particular, this makes no real sense in case of secondary maps where it should always return false.

6db355a947 - added a callback to menu items for when a new menu gets created.
- added a StartSlideshow ACS and ZScript command and extended the functionality to specify the slideshow's name when starting it.

This is for triggering any kind of intermission definition in the middle of a level - keep in mind that this may not be set up to loop!

3af9232fca - scriptified a_strifeitems.cpp and a_debris.cpp.
- Changed the glass shards so that they do not have to override FloorBounceMissile. It was the only place where this was virtually overridden and provided little usefulness.
- made 'out' variables work.
- fixed virtual call handling for HandlePickup.

5e8c819a33 - fixed checks in Powerup.Type property to properly deal with the differences between DECORATE and ZScript.
- properly initialize Baggage everywhere it gets used.
- fixed a few items with incorrect Powerup.Type settings that got flagged by the above changes.
