- Changed synth.chorus.active and synth.reverb.active settings to use fluid_settings_setint(),

since they're int and not string settings.
- Fixed: FluidSynthMIDIDevice::FluidSettingInt() interpreted the return value from fluid_settings_setint() wrongly.
