337682934c - fixed: CF_FLY cannot be part of the player_t structure and be tracked properly. It needs to be part of the actor itself that has MF2_FLY set so it got moved to flags7.
- removed some fudging code that tried to work around the shortcomings of CF_FLY but was ultimately causing more problems than it solved.

- Added register reuse to VMFunctionBuilder for FxPick's code emitter.

  longer exists in this branch.

fc40e9723a - fixed: CHANGELEVEL_RESETINVENTORY may not change the player's health.
APlayerPawn::GiveDefaultInventory altered the player_t's health value which was ok as long as this function was only called from G_PlayerReborn. For all other cases this initialization was wrong and G_PlayerReborn should do this itself.

b980069367 - Added GOD2 and BUDDHA2 cheats.
- Ensures that not even telefrag damage can kill the player.
- Fixed: Players with NODAMAGE could still hurt and kill themselves via
voodoo dolls.

7af13c8d52 - Use a separate thinker to do suicides, so that console-inflicted suicides will have a chance
to put the console up and restore sound before the player days. Needed for actors that make
  noise on the first tic of their death. (e.g. Heretic's)

df138fe4f9 - added a ClearCounters function to AActor that handles everything necessary to un-count an item that is not supposed to be counted but has some of the COUNT* flags set.
- merged all places where secrets are credited into one common function.
- added the Doom64 COUNTSECRET actor flag.
- fixed: AInventory::CreateCopy did not clear the COUNTITEM flag.
- fixed: Dropping an item did not increase the item count but the dropped item could still have the COUNTITEM flag. Now this flag gets cleared when the item gets picked up so that dropped items don't count a second time.

9102200771 - added: Let the kill CCMD also kill replacements of the monster that is specified.
- add a GetReplacement method to PClass to clean up some really ugly code
- Who wrote the 'kill' CCMD? The way it checked if two classes were identical was horrendously overcomplicated.

5a4dad1205 - Don't give health for "give all".
- "Give artifacts" and "give puzzlepieces" now use the amount value to decide how much of each
  item to give you. 0 means to give you the max. The old behavior can be obtained by explicitly
  stating 1. (Since "give all" encompasses these as well, this also applies to that.)
- Added "give everything" cheat to give everything. This is like "give all" but ignores the
  WIF_CHEATNOTWEAPON flag. (Note that this flag has valid uses, but that doesn't stop people
  from abusing it anyway.)

ee55e0319f - Standardized use of PClassActor::AllActorClasses for iterating over all classes of actors
instead of PClass::m_Types (now PClass::AllClasses).
- Removed ClassIndex from PClass. It was only needed by FArchive, and maps take care of the
  problem just as well.
- Moved PClass into a larger type system (which is likely to change some/lots once I try and actually use it and have a better feel for what I need from it).

604b5ef673 - Removed the old meta data system. All meta data is now stored in subclasses of PClass. This
should simplify scripting, since it means that meta fields can be treated (mostly) the same as
  normal fields.

d816747c7e - Fixed: "give health" without an amount would set your health to IDDQD health
instead of the player class's maximum.
- Fixed: A_CStaffCheck() assumed the player's max health was 100 instead
  of getting checking for the true maximum.

1eb7912bd8 - Make the autosegs read-only.
- Derive PClass from dobject.cpp. This has one major ramification: Since the PClass
  is not allocated until runtime, you cannot initialize any static/global data
  structures with pointers to PClasses using RUNTIME_CLASS. Attempting to do so
  will just initialize with a NULL pointer. Instead, you can initialize using
  the address of the pointer returned by RUNTIME_CLASS and dereference that. By
  the time you have an opportunity to dereference it, it will no longer be NULL.
- Sync CmakeLists.txt.
- Random fixes for problems GCC spotted.

16846fe36d - Added TELEFRAG_DAMAGE constant, and changed the two places that still used
1000 as the threshold for god mode damage to use it instead. (Players with
  MF2_INVULNERABLE set already used 1000000 as their threshold.)

e7e79e27ff - Fixed: The 'idclev' cheat set the player's health to 0 which caused the
level to end when in a sector of type 'end level when health below 10'.
- Fixed: The 'kill' cheat set the player to nonshootable even if it did not
  succeed.

e4af82ae96 - Enough with this "momentum" garbage. What Doom calls "momentum" is really
velocity, and now it's known as such. The actor variables momx/momy/momz
  are now known as velx/vely/velz, and the ACS functions GetActorMomX/Y/Z
  are now known as GetActorVelX/Y/Z. For compatibility, momx/momy/momz will
  continue to work as aliases from DECORATE. The ACS functions, however,
  require you to use the new name, since they never saw an official release
  yet.

4e5d5d0f2e - Fixed: The Heretic "take weapons" cheat did not remove all the weapons at
once. This is because destroying one weapon has a potential to destroy a
  sister weapon as well. If the sister weapon is the next one in line (as it
  typically is), it would process that one, not realizing it was no longer
  part of the inventory, and stop because its Inventory link was NULL.

4b723beddd - Bumped netgame, demo and min demo version for the weapon slot changes.
- changed weapon slots to be stored per player. Information is now transmitted
  across the network so that all machines know each player's current weapon
  configuration so that it can be used by cheats or HUD display routines.

a7e40b56f6 - Fixed: Player names and chat macros that end with incomplete \c escapes now
have those escapes stripped before printing so that they do not merge with
  subsequent text.
- Moved default weapon slot assignments into the player classes.
  Weapon.SlotNumber is now used solely for mods that want to add new weapons
  without completely redoing the player's arsenal. Restored some config-based
  weapon slot customization, though slots are no longer automatically saved
  to the config and section names have changed slightly. However, unlike
  before, config slots are now the definitive word on slot assignments and
  cannot be overridden by any other files loaded.
- Fixed: Several weapons were missing a game filter from their definitions.
- Removed storage of weapon slots in the config so that weapon slots can
  be setup in the weapons themselves. Slots are still configurable, since
  they need to be for KEYCONF to work; any changes simply won't be saved
  when you quit.
- Removed limit on weapon slot sizes.
