Remove superfluous hints regarding rumble on Playstation gamepads.

SDL3 replaced the Playstation specific hint to the more generic
SDL_HINT_JOYSTICK_ENHANCED_REPORTS hint which is enabled by default.

Pointed out by @erysdren and @protocultor in #1178.

Based on PR #1178 by @erysdren.
