    This is the source code for the original The Wastes RC 1.5.
    It is a balance and bug-fix release for RC 1.4.

    These were done by the original team, and never released publicly.
    The changes are slight and as follows:

    • Spawning with Extra Ammo also gives you extra Jackhammer ammo.
    • Reduced Bolt-Rifle accuracy when not scoped in.
    • Increased Bolt-Rifle accuracy when scoped in.
    • Mossberg, Bolt-Rifle and Sledgehammer no longer push doors.
    • Wall penetration for all weapons is much more conservative.
    • Improved FN FAL accuracy.
    • Improved Tommy gun accuracy.
    • Improved Tommy gun rate of fire.

    We've worked really hard on securing this. The terms of the original Half-Life SDK license still apply. You can read it in full here.

    Open TheWastes/TheWastes.dsw with at least Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0.

    We are not offering support for this release at this time.
