added a direct Xlib implementation of font bitmap generation, disabled
by default, this could be enabled by any users who prefer it, it uses the standard X font "fixed" at 8 pixel size git-svn-id: svn://svn.icculus.org/gtkradiant/GtkRadiant/trunk@151 8a3a26a2-13c4-0310-b231-cf6edde360e5
