General settings:
basegame - indicates on which game current configuration is based. Used to load game-specific GLDEFS lumps (DOOMDEFS, HTICDEFS, HEXNDEFS or STRFDEFS)
Possile values: 0 (DOOM), 1 (HERETIC), 2 (HEXEN) or 3 (STRIFE).
Example: basegame = 0;
