This editing mode allows you to edit the vertices in your map. You can insert new vertices that automatically split linedefs and deleting a vertex that only has two linedefs attached will reconnect the linedefs properly. You can drag the vertices to move them and snap them to the < a href = "w_gridsetup.html" > grid< / a > and geometry. Hold Shift and/or Control to disable snapping to the grid and geometry.< br / >

The vertices editing mode is one of the classic (2D) editing modes.
