34c445c912 Remove "Support" Dock and menu items...they weren't what I expected them 
to be, and don't make much sense at this point. It's gone from the SF page
as well.

06ed1cd973 table.php: Added table{Row,Column}{Begin,End}() functions, just for 
completeness.

titletable.php: Changed color usage so that we can change theme at will,
when we want to. :)

parts/*amble.php: Cool New Stuff to allow even simpler maintenance of
individual PHP source files...you will only have to maintain stuff that's
"native" to the page. As always, backward compatibility is kept...but it's
much better now. :)

e5ba5c5d83 Added a page to import and display Knightbird's "State of the Code" page, 
and merged it with the "progress" page. I'll be filling in the progress
meters tomorrow, but first...SLEEP!
