34c445c912 Remove "Support" Dock and menu items...they weren't what I expected them 
to be, and don't make much sense at this point. It's gone from the SF page
as well.

b29770c63e modified the quake_sw.tar.gz, removing exes and dlls to make it 
smaller, the new size is 8.3MB, down from 8.7MB

40a97cb9f9 New function: dateFromSQLDateTime() to convert a MySQL DATETIME string to 
something that can be displayed on a Web page without looking butt-ugly.

36afabf07e sponsor_incl.html: HTML cleanups. 
template.php: Updated to match new way of doing this stuff. It's only 12
lines in length now, including <!--SEARCHME--> and <!--NOSEARCH--> tags to
mark what gets searched by the spider I'm developing for the web site.

06ed1cd973 table.php: Added table{Row,Column}{Begin,End}() functions, just for 
completeness.

titletable.php: Changed color usage so that we can change theme at will,
when we want to. :)

parts/*amble.php: Cool New Stuff to allow even simpler maintenance of
individual PHP source files...you will only have to maintain stuff that's
"native" to the page. As always, backward compatibility is kept...but it's
much better now. :)
