Bill Currie 13a177f217 use 'b' (bind) instead of '=' (assign) for switch's test temp def so simple ... expressions (ie, just a def) don't generated wasted assignments and clean up switch's debug info so you get the switch line rather than the line for the closing }		2001-11-05 19:12:33 +00:00
