6c29904b1d [sw] Clean up R_SetSkyFrame a little
Move the constant data into R_InitSky so it doesn't get calculated every
frame (doesn't make much difference of course, but...)

5477352e93 [renderer] Abandon sw32 altogether
I'd been considering it for a while, but in the end, all the issues it
presented made me decide it wasn't worth merging and was never really
worth keeping: it was a neat proof of concept but of little actual use,
especially now everyone either has an OK GPU or would want to stick to
8-bit rendering anyway (sorry L-Havoc).

However, both it and my merge work are preserved in git history :)

6377734e32 [renderer] Merge the two software renderers
I got tired of having to maintain two separate software renderers, but
didn't want to just nuke sw32, so its core changes are merged into sw.

Alias model rendering is broken, but I know exactly what's wrong and how
to fix it, just need to take care due to asm.

2a87983bf4 [sw] Remove some unnecessary casting
I'm not sure what the author of that code was thinking (maybe trying to
do 4 pixels at a time?), but the resulting code still did only one.
Better to remove all the casts, use the right pointer type, and keep the
code clear.

b2290d92c9 Nuke UNALIGNED_OK.
It's not really necessary (and was effectively dead anyway).

bc1b483525 Nuke the rcsid stuff.
It's pretty useless in git.

f7007825e4 Run the vacuum cleaner over sw32's global variables.
This seems to be everything that can be made static.

a4c280f2b2 Take the first step towards render plugins.
No clients link. Even if they did, nothing would work.

72fb96245f Cleanup global symbols for the sw and sw32 renderers.
Names not mangled, but those symbols that could be made static have been.
Also, many dead variables have been removed.

31c13d92a2 Protocol 666/large map support from FitzQuake.
Alpha and lerping aren't implemented yet, but things seem to be working. I
can load and play oms2.bsp (Conflagrant Rodent).

997102fea8 audit the usage of "only"
There are still a few iffy places (notably around certain prepositions), but
the relevant sentences are now much easier to read.

3fb03fc2be hah, should have been using __attribute__((used)) all that time (rather
than __attribute__((unused))). fixes the missing console in -x11

761a7546dd re-arrange things so __attribute__ and __builtin_expect are properly
autoconfiscated so rcsid will continue to work with gcc 3.3

0be2a31f2e lots of code cleanup. Merge Mod_LoadAllSkins, merge the sw32 model loading
code into the sw model loading code, remove all refs to r_pixbytes from the
sw renderer (it was never anything but 1), kill libQFmodels_sw32, remove
all the 16 bit code from the 8 bit sw renderer.

73e6e1684f FINALLY, the nq and qw renderers are merged. the view and particle subsystems
are not yet merged due to their dependence on the client, but that will come
soon.
