35eec0b2e5 [ecs] Implement hierarchies as components
The main goal of this change was to make it easier to tell when a
hierarchy has been deleted, but as a side benefit, it got rid of the use
of PR_RESMAP. Also, it's easy to track the number of hierarchies.

Unfortunately, it showed how brittle the component side of the ECS is
(scene and canvas registries assumed their components were the first (no
long the case), thus the sweeping changes).

Centerprint doesn't work (but it hasn't for a while).

f5de553949 [ui] Take passage view parent parameter
I'm not sure this will be useful in imui, but it might in a retained
mode UI.

4c704e9a2e [ecs] Give registries a name
This makes debugging a little easier when there are multiple ECS
registries. Currently, the name parameter must be a stable pointer.

1a5b421933 [ruamoko] Share registry between gui and imui
I can't say I like there being a hard-coded registry, but gui and imui
need to agree on all aspects of the ECS registry they use.

32346b6123 [ui] Add support for simple text strings
The same underlying mechanism is used for both simple text strings and
passages, but without the intervening hierarchy of paragraphs etc.
Results in only the one view for a simple text string.

31151ec5d5 [ui] Rename Text_View to Text_PassageView
It works with passages but I want to be able to create simple text views
from strings, so Text_View was kind of polluting the namespace.

9317ce7358 [ruamoko] Handle missing fonts correctly
Carrying on as if the missing font had been loaded leads to way too many
issues for it to be a good thing (not that that really needs to be
said). Fixes the segfaults in my test scene.

340127fff2 [ruamoko] Plug yet more memory leaks
Some of them, especially in rua_obj, were quite legitimate and even a
problem for thread-safety (rua_cmd is currently not thread-safe, but it
needs a lock, which I don't feel like doing at this stage).

It seems to help if the right font data is used when rendering glyphs.
Fixes use of multiple fonts in different passages.

24a85dbadc [ui] Add a component set for passage hierarchy refs
While "set" is a tad strong (there's just the one component for now), I
had missed the changes when adding ECS systems. Fixes the segfault at
the end of demo1 (ie, when any center text is printed).

41d25df0d2 [ui] Attach text views to passage entities
Instead of creating new entities for the text views. This approximately
halves the number of entities required to display flowed text, but also
tests the ability to have an entity in multiple hierarchies (the goal of
the ECS component and system changes).

bb677a1a7c [ecs] Move href_comp into hierarchy_t
This means that the component id used for hierarchy references must be
passed to Hierarchy_New and Hierarchy_Copy, but does all an entity to
have more than one hierarchy, which is useful for canvases (hierarchies
of views) in the 3d world (the canvas root would have a 3d hierarchy
reference and a 2d (view) hierarchy reference).

5fd510ade4 [ui] Add font to renderer when loading
This causes some problems with linking if libQFgui is linked with
libQFrenderer (which is necessary in the long run), but it seems
everything gets away with it for now (which, tbh, I don't like).

136bf882f6 [ui] Move font loading into new gui library
Font and text handling is very much part of user interface and at least
partially independent of rendering, but does fit it better with GUI than
genera UI (ie, both graphics and text mode), thus libQFgui as well as
libQFui are built in the ui directory.

The existing font related builtins have been moved into the ruamoko
client library.
