92f68844f5 [ruamoko] Remove keys.h and keys.r
The functions haven't existed for two years now. And in the interest of
"throw one away", the controls_o.r has been gutted.

dd183d3ba6 [qfcc] Handle signed-unsigned int comparison better
This fixes the upostop-- test by auto-casting implicit constants to
unsigned (and it gives a warning for signed-unsigned comparisons
otherwise). The generated code isn't quite the best, but the fix for
that is next.

Also clean up the resulting mess, though not properly. There are a few
bogus warnings, and the legit ones could do with a review.

4898a44263 [console] Hook up new input system
This has smashed the keydest handling for many things, and bindings, but
seems to be a good start with the new input system: the console in
qw-client-x11 is usable (keyboard-only).

The button and axis values have been removed from the knum_t enum as
mouse events are separate from key events, and other button and axis
inputs will be handled separately.

keys.c has been disabled in the build as it is obsolute (thus much of
the breakage).

30bd1c0134 Create classes for inputing cvar strings and script the network menu.
Hitting enter after inputting text is currently broken, but that's because
support for it was never put in the inputline wrapper code.

3a1e467ae8 Non-bogus syntax and warning fixes for ruamoko/cl_menu.
Sadly, there are many bogus warnings and other errors. qfcc is still very
sick :(.

75ec6bf244 Clean out some unnecessary types from the progs engine and clean up the mess.
This is a nasty commit, sorry, but 99% of the commit is interdependent.

6d494bfcdf Fix a slew of warnings found by -Wall.
-Wall still isn't used yet due to a missing method in Array, and
overzealous warnings in qfcc, but this covers the necessary fixes.
