Reorder a lot of code, removing tons of ifs. multitexture paths are a bit more

sane now. Also optimize QSG2 color handling, and fix some QSG2 bugs. Not that
anyone cares, nobody uses it anyways.
Should be faster, but isn't here. *grmbl*
