6749aa353d 2000-06-22 common/cvar.h, common/cvar.c
1. Corrected CVAR_TEMP from 4906 to 4096
2. Added CVAR display function, to be used for all CVAR displays
3. Added CVAR range check (UQUAKE only)
   cvar->rangecheck (0 = none, 1 = float, 2 = integer, 3 = boolean)
   cvar->minvalue
   cvar->maxvalue
   Or should I used 3 flags? What about Cvar_get?
4. Fix for unnecessary CVAR changing/zone usage
5. Partial selection for CvarList command, you can now list all GL CVARs with CVARLIST GL

Converted to the 'quakeforge' module from my previous fixes
Available on the Quake Info Pool at http://www.inside3d.com/qip/

86a35efba3 A bunch of stuff:
Cvar_Alias_Get now returns void
cl_pred.c is Tonik's client jumping prediction fix
the rest are adding new aliases: s_volume->volume and sv_edgefriction->edgefriction

d5e5b07ac9 Cvar aliasing code, so we don't tick off Tonik (and other users) every time
we rename a standard cvar. Example of use in in_x11.c. Make the alias directly
after the Cvar_Get to avoid segfaults.

7df744f9e9 The very first bit of the boiler cleanup (a-d in common) More where this
came from as soon as I actually finish doing it since it has to be done by
hand to preserve Copyright notices and file descriptions.

edbb589045 merge qw_client/cl_main.c and uquake/cl_main.c into common/cl_main.c
For the rest, convert all refs to FILE and gzFile to QFile, and similar for
file functions (eg fprintf, fgets, fread, etc)

dc627d6b28 uquake has the beginning of netchan support, netchan.message works fine
now, the rest I don't know how much of it I can do without breaking the
protocol's compatibility.

client_state_t has moved back to client.h in qw_common and uquake. Seems
like that's a step backward, but the way it was being used while common
was far worse! This required massive reworking of headers and such.

Speaking of using cl (the global client_state_t) badly, the sound code did
exactly that. Mercury should be shot for not fixing that when he did the
sound_lib.a stuff. The fix illustrates what we need to start doing to the
code to make modularization possible. I'll be sending a message to the
list about this shortly..

f18b3bcf02 HUGE changes..
Basicly, sound_lib.a is built, and is compiled into the clients..
Note, uquake is SERIOUSLY FSCKED..
